Here are some frequently asked questions that you might find handy:

Q. Why doesn't wax remove all the hair?
A. If the area is not sensitive, waxing may be repeated once only. Pressure on application may not have been enough, a person with excessive hair may have unseen layers of hair and the second layer appears after the first layer is removed.

Q. What if client fears hair regrowth will be thicker and darker?
A. Not possible, this is an old wive's tale. Over time, with frequent waxing, hair regrowth weakens and comes in finer and thinner, but good frequency and diligence is required to achieve consistent results. If hair darkens and grows thicker, it is a function of hormones, not waxing.

Q. What if client complains of water bumps or pustules after waxing?
A. This is to be expected, particularly on the client's first two to three times due to unknown trauma to the sebaceous gland. Recommend client returns as soon as possible to be waxed again three or four times as this will subside with time. Other reasons may be related to overheating wax or improper removal.
